KEM's E-Bill program gives our members the ability to instantly view information about their current electric bill, bill payment history, electric usage and monthly cost comparison. The member will have instant access to their account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

KEM's E-bill program allows the member to receive their monthly electric bill electronically over the Internet. The member will have the option to receive a paper copy of their electric bill and/or an electronic copy.
