Terms of Payment

The above rates are net.  A late payment penalty of 1 3/4% per month will be added to any unpaid balance.

An irrigator entering into an irrigation load control program selecting either the controlled or timed controlled schedules at the beginning of an irrigation season must continue on that rate throughout the season unless the load controller is bypassed, removed or tampered with.

In the event the load controller is bypassed, removed or tampered with, whether the irrigator elects the Controlled or Time Controlled Rate Schedules, all demand usage will immediately be recalculated and/or billed according to Rate Schedule "I", Non-Controlled Monthly Rate.
