Multiphase Service
Availability
Available to three phase consumers, and single phase consumers having demands in excess of 50 KW, for all uses except irrigation subject to established rules and regulations for service.
Type of Service
Single phase (Over 50 KW) and 3 phase, 60 cycle at available secondary voltages.
Monthly Rate
Facility Charge $28.00 per month, plus
$33.00 per month for Limited Use Accounts, plus
Demand Charge $ 8.70 per KW of billing demand
Energy Charge:
First 1,000 KWH per month @ 7.1 cents per KWH
Next 2,000 KWH per month @ 6.0 cents per KWH
Next 2,000 KWH per month @ 4.3 cents per KWH
Over 5,000 KWH per month @ 3.8 cents per KWH
Minimum Bill
The minimum monthly charge is the Facility Charge, or such other minimum as may be established by contract.
Determination of Billing Demand
The billing demand shall be the maximum average kilowatt load used by the consumer for any period of fifteen consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered, as indicated or recorded by demand meter.
Service at Primary Voltage
If service is furnished at primary distribution voltage, with the consumer owning and operating all transformers and other facilities on the load side of the primary delivery point, (except metering), the demand and energy components of the rate shall be discounted by 8%.
Limited Use Accounts
Limited use accounts are accounts with usage of less than 1800 kWh in a full calendar year. Usage will be evaluated annually in January to determine the facility charge to be used in the coming twelve (12) months.
Terms of Payment
The above rates are net. A late payment penalty of 1 3/4% per month will be added to any unpaid balance.
