ERC Loans
Funds are available for installing better windows, doors, insulation and other energy conserving measures.
- Loans for HEAT PUMPS may be up to $10,000. All other loans are limited to $5,000. Loans will be available to all members in good standing and whose credit acceptable to the Cooperative.
- Loans up to $1,000 shall be amortized for 36 months (3 years). Loans over $1,000 and up to $5,000, shall be amortized for 60 months (5 years). Loans over $5,000 shall be amortized for 84 months (7 years).
- All loans will be available at 5% simple anuual interest.
