KEM utilizes an account platform called SmartHub. You can pay your bill, view electricity usage, make a payment, manage account settings, opt for paperless billing and more. SmartHub can be accessed on your computer or smart device by using the KEM SmartHub App.
If you do not want to create an online account, you can simply "pay now" for a one-time online payment. Simply enter your account number and last name to pay your bill. No registration is required.
Call 844-252-5270 to make a payment 24 hours a day with a debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa), or by entering your checking or savings account information. Have your account number available when calling our automated system.
Payments can be drafted from your checking or savings account automatically or on an individual basis for the amount of your monthly electric bill. Contact your financial institution for more information.
Mail checks or money orders payable to KEM Electric Cooperative using the return envelope and remittance included with your monthly bill statement. Do not send cash via the Postal Service.

Autopay is a free, automatic, no-hassle way to pay! With this payment option, KEM will automatically draft your checking account or credit card, whichever you prefer, for the amount of your monthly electric bill. You’ll have the option to go paperless or receive monthly statements showing kilowatt-hour use and the amount due. With Autopay, you won’t have to write a check!
For your budgeting convenience, we are pleased to offer a budget payment option for members with residential/general services.
Payments can be made in-person at our headquarters building in Linton: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
