KEM Electric Cooperative is pleased to welcome Erica Umber to our team

KEM Electric Cooperative is pleased to welcome Erica Umber, member service representative, to our team. 

Prior to joining KEM Electric, Erica worked in both banking and agriculture, where she gained valuable experience in customer service, financial transactions and building meaningful relationships with members. 

Erica was drawn to this position by her desire to serve the community she values so deeply. 

“I enjoy helping people, and this role allows me to do that while giving back to the community,” she said. 

In her new role, Erica is most excited about assisting members and helping resolve any issues they may encounter. 

Originally from a farm located 30 miles southwest of Linton, Erica is a graduate of Linton Public School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family. She also stays active in the community by refereeing high school basketball. Erica and her fiancé are looking forward to getting married later this year.
