Whether you're a tech-savvy enthusiast or prefer traditional methods, we offer a range of options to cater to your preferences.
SmartHub: Managing your account has never been easier with SmartHub's user-friendly features. Whether on the web, your smartphone, or tablet, you can effortlessly pay your bill, track usage, contact customer service, and stay updated with the latest news. Pay Now: For a quick one-time online payment, simply use "Pay Now" without creating an account. Enter your account number and last name, and you're good to go.
Pay by Phone: Call 1-844-955-2714 to make a payment anytime, using a debit or credit card (Mastercard, Visa), or provide your checking/savings account details. Keep your account number handy when using the automated system.
Mail: Mail checks or money orders payable to KEM Electric Cooperative using the return envelope and remittance provided with your monthly bill statement. Please avoid sending cash via the Postal Service. Send to KEM Electric Cooperative, Inc., PO BOX 790, Linton, ND 58552.
Drop Box: Find a convenient payment drop box at the cooperative's headquarters building. Include your account number, name, address, and payment details for easy processing.
In Person: Make payments in-person at our headquarters building in Linton from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Visit us at 107 S. Broadway, Linton, N.D. Cash and checks are acceptable forms of payment in-person.
Autopay: Opt for hassle-free Autopay! KEM Electric will automatically draft your checking account or credit card for your monthly electric bill. Choose paperless billing or receive monthly statements with usage and payment details.
