Touchstone Energy Student of the Month: Rivinius from Gackle-Streeter Public School
In strides to support local students and schools, KEM Electric Cooperative is awarding a monetary donation to students across the service territory through our Touchstone Energy Cooperative® Student of the Month program. Bridger Rivinius was named the April Touchstone Energy Student of the Month. He is a senior at Gackle-Streeter Public School. Bridger represents Gackle-Streeter Public School on the ND DPI Student Cabinet. He is also a student member for the ND DPI Strategic Planning Committee. Additionally, Bridger is the student body president, FFA president and leads bible study.
“He is an amazing young man. He loves God, his family, his school and community. He has had many great accomplishments, but they are just a small part of who he is. He is humble, kind, works hard and always seeking for others and himself to do the right thing, “says Bridger’s nominator. “He treats others with grace and is a positive role model and leader at Gackle-Streeter Public School.”
Throughout the school year, KEM Electric chooses one student at random who has been nominated from the schools in KEM Electric’s service area to receive monetary sponsorship in partnership with Touchstone Energy Cooperative. The sponsorship money can be utilized for the student’s choosing for school activities.
Congratulations to all the students who were nominated and chosen for this school year’s Touchstone Energy Student of the Month! Our future is bright, thanks to all the dedicated and unique students who call our service area home.
